Mystic Falls at Twilight is an event that will be taking place on February 21-23, 2014 in the beautiful mountains of Gatlinburg, TN. It will be an event that combines the Twilight Saga and The Vampire Diaries. Not a fan of both? That’s okay! We will have plenty of events and activities for each of them, so there is something for everyone! We are currently in the planning stages, but we can still fill you in on a few details!

This year we will not be renting a cabin. We will be staying in a hotel (with GREAT rates) and all events will be taking place on site. This will make it easier for everyone to participate without having to have a vehicle. The most awesome bonus about this is that the room rates run around $75.00 per night and up to 4 can stay in a double room…and it is located within walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip! When you call to book your room, you will be required to put the first night down plus tax to make your reservation and the balance is due upon check-in. We will release the hotel information once the rooms have been blocked, so gather your roommates together from now!

There is LIMITED room for this trip. We only have the capacity for so many, so please RSVP when you know you are going to attend. Prior event attendees are given priority! You may RSVP as soon as today, this is just so we can get a list going. You are NOT under any obligation to attend by giving an RSVP, it just reserves a spot for you. When ticket information is released, you will need to confirm your spot by sending in your deposit and Information Sheet. Those who will not be attending at that point will be removed from the list opening spots for others. 

We are currently working on ticket pricing. Once that is available, we will post it here! We are also working on incentives for those who spread the word and refer friends. Once the ticket price is set, we will begin accepting deposits and it will work exactly as our previous event. You will send in your Information Sheet and deposit, and then you will have until JANUARY 20, 2014 to make your FINAL PAYMENT. There are NO REFUNDS and we will accept personal checks or money orders ONLY.

We are currently assessing celebrity appearances. We will post those as bookings are confirmed.
